- Twitter helps you think and write efficiently. Getting your point across in 140 characters takes practice. This equals the 140 characters.
- Think before you tweet. It’s really awkward to take back a tweet after it’s sent.
- Start slowly. By definition, the web is about sharing. But, a little selfishness at first will help you to share with gusto later. Pick and choose who you follow by what it can do for you.
- Direct tweeting — sending a tweet to only one person — works only when that person “follows” you.
- You decide who follows you. Always.
- You can privately collaborate with co-workers in multiple locations by tweeting only among the group. NASA does it, why not you?
